Exhibitor information

The Union offers a unique opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their products and services to around 3,000 delegates from all over the world, who are interested in lung health and related issues.

The Exhibition Area at the World Conference also provides excellent opportunities for networking with delegates and other exhibitors. A variety of companies, agencies, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and other health organisations exhibit at the conference.

Exhibition spaces and booths

This year, Exhibition Areas will be located in two conjoining halls. One hall, located next to the Plenary Hall, will house The Union Village and other exhibitors' booths; and in the second, exhibition spaces will be mixed with the Poster Area. In both cases, thanks to their placement near The Union Village, poster sessions, and the Plenary Hall, the Exhibition will benefit from proximity to these high-traffic areas to bring delegates to their stands.

Booths are allocated on a first-come first-served basis, and all requests for exhibition spaces must be received by 25 September. Book early to secure your space.
