Special Session: Ministerial Panel - Successes and Challenges in Responding to Lung Health and Non Communicable Diseases

On Thursday October 27, Ministers of Health from African and Asian countries - Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka and The Philippines - will discuss in an interactive panel session the progress made within their countries on the response to tuberculosis, efforts around tobacco control, and non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in the context of fulfilling the Sustainable Development Goals.

Moderated by Channel 4 UK's Health and Social Affairs Correspondent, Victoria Macdonald, this session provides delegates with a candid insider's look at the challenges facing policy makers around some of the key health issues of our time.
